Commissioner Reports 1880–1889
A comprehensive archive of the annual reports detailing the development, operation, and legislative oversight of the Queensland Railways during the decade of significant expansion leading to the opening of the Cleveland Line between Albert Station on the South Brisbane Branch Line (near Boggo Road Gaol) and Cleveland (later re-named Cleveland Central) on 1 November 1889.

Until 1888 all Commissioner Reports were for the calendar year. From 1889, reports were for the financial year. The next report was 1890, the only report ever covering an 18-month period.
